Hobb: Duft

Hobby: Duft is a talk format that explores the intersection between art, work and leisure. I was invited to give a performative lecture on scent: I explained the function of the nose, gave an historical overview on the use and value of different fragerances in society, and basics of aroma chemicals used in perfumery. In a practical part, we ex- plored the function of smell as a tri er of memory and build basic accords by combining different aroma materials.
